Magnetic Separator Manufacturer
Magnetic Separator is a machine in which magnetically susceptible material is extracted from a mixture using a magnetic force. This separation technique can be useful in mining iron as it is attracted to a magnet. Magnetic Separators that used permanent magnets could generate fields of low intensity only. These machines were capable of treating 10 tons of ore a day.
There are two types of Pulley / Drum Systems are available :
- Permanent Magnetic Pulley / Drum
- Electromagnetic Pulley / Drum
Specifications
- Magnetic Rolls are available in 65, 75 & 100 MM dia and widths upto1200 MM
- The roll is driven by a 0.5 HP, variable speed dc/ac geared motor drive adjustable from 0 to 100 RPM
- For the purpose of feeding, vibratory feeder with control is provided
- The machine is provided with abrasion resistant endless conveyor belts of 0.8 MM thickness
