Our Jaw Crushers are considerably higher than that of conventional crushers, without rubbing & requires minimum dust oil lubrication.

Main Parts Of Jaw Crusher :

  • Body
    • Manufactured from Fabricated with tested quality of M.S. Plates which consists of box beam design on outside of machine
    • Those body used after heat treatment process
    • Reinforced by the M.S Plates
    • Providing as horizontal members & vertical members to the body
  • Lever
    • Fabricated with M.S plates
    • Consists of M.S pipe, Forged M.S pin, bushes etc.
  • Pitman
    • Assembly has main body of mild steel
    • Pitman is always in compression condition
    • Pitman having unique design, one is always in contact with crank shaft and other is in contact with Pin
    • The bottom of the pitman body the toggle bearings are inserted to house the toggle plates
  • Jaw Plates
    • Jaw plates are made of High Manganese Steel & Suitable for easy setting & less rubbing
    • Containing 12 to 14% Manganese
    • Conforming to I.S.276
    • Different types of Jaw plates are available to suit particular crushing application
  • Toggle Bearings
    • Toggle bearings are either of cast MN steel or tempered steel
  • Toggle bearings are either of cast MN steel or tempered steel
    • Flywheels are two in numbers
    • One flywheel is used for balancing
    • Another is prime mover that rotates and hence rotates the Cranck Shaft also
    • Used for rotation on electric power or diesel engine
  • Toggle Block and Viz. Block
    • C.I materials
    • Properly machined
    • Provided in the rear portion of the jaw body
    • Toggle Block is to control thrust produced in the pitman
    • Used to Adjust/set the stroke of the swing jaw plate
  • Lubrication
    • Automatic continuous splash lubrication by gear pump to prevent bearing pitman, eccentric shaft and toggle mechanism, enables the crusher to run safely at relatively higher speed
    • Self-aligning double roller bearings
    • Cylindrical roller bearings are fitted providing grease holding space
    • Anti friction grease-3/equivalent should be used as lubricant grease
  • Crank Shaft (Eccentric shaft)
    • Eccentric shaft is made of special steel ( EN 8 / EN 24) and having high strength to resist load, which is mounted on the two roller bearings
